The staff were super helpful, welcoming and friendly special mention to the manager who moved us to a different room who is just a star, super kind and friendly. The room was brilliant and super comfy bed and the food in the evening was absolutely delicious. Can't rave enough about this place, such a good find.

Room quality is good. TV having sky connection, wifi quality is good, location is really nice and having so many options for outside food/restaurants.

Great place to stay, was a short notice booking and hadn't really looked into it. Far better than we had expected; we were really pleased. Room was really clean and tidy, furniture and decor all new or very recent. Shower was good and the bed super comfy with the bonus of Sky TV. Took us a little while to work out the fancy coffee machine, but we got there 🙂. Every member of Staff we met were lovely, friendly and helpful. Missed the food because our day of walking took longer than planned but the Balti house next door did a great meal; highly recommend them. All in all a great place to stay and value for money.

Comfortable beds and large bathroom. coffee machine and fan which was needed as it was a warm week. Some comments stated the noise was an issue but I didn’t notice it although I did stay midweek.

Nice friendly staff. Clean comfy rooms. Close to the sandy beaches, supermarket, cafes, pubs. And obviously nice food is served at downstairs restaurant.

the staff were incredible. they were just fun and really nice. the people of the town really enhance your stay there. my fiance and I are travelling and this is the first place we stayed at (while attending a wedding) we only stayed a night but were tempted to stay longer. The towns people were trying to convince us to MOVE to the uk and stay in their little town of Hayle. XD they were great. this was our first experience in the UK overall and we're both POC and were treated most warmly. (people in the bar, around town, the taxi guys from 2 diff taxi companies) The next morning we came downstairs and smelled something amazing. It was their sunday carvery (sunday roast) and so we had that before leaving and it was quite nice for only 9.5 pounds. a nice lady outside gave me her spare lighter and i'm grateful to her too. everyone there was lovely. Facilities - the bathroom was reallly clean. that's something I'm always paranoid about. (just that i saw some dirt inbetween the toilet seat and cover but i guess we cant reach or touch that stillllll - should be cleaned a bit more there) Noise- idk what people were on about in comments before but we didn't hear much from the bar downstairs and it was popping when we came back and went to bed. lol maybe we were a little further away. i think we were directly above the kitchen rather than the bar/ bar.

Friendly staff, friendly locals, food is outstanding, stayed here several times now and is my go to place when working in this area, rooms are clean and tidy, sky TV in my room as well. The food is what I call proper pub grub, decent price, and the portion sizes are very very good, and cooked like a home cooked meal, can not fault what so ever. Just back from a 2 night stay, could not even finish my steak from the first night as there was so much there. Will def continue using and look forward to my next stay
